Vegetable Soup

Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add spinach, tomato, carrot, onion, garlic, basil. Stir. Cover with paper plate. microwave for 5 minutes or until carrots and celery are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
TOTAL: 37 calories per serving
P.S.: use a pretty big bowl…mine always ends up exploding all over the microwave…even when it’s covered with a paper plate.

- 1/2 c. fresh baby spinach (5 cal)
- 2 tbsp. diced tomato, canned (6 cal)
