Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
Spray a large pot with nonstick cooking spray. Saute garlic and onions. Add everything else (except wonton wrappers of course!), seasoning to taste. Cook for 5 mins with lid on pot or until tender. Put about a tablespoon full of mixture in each wonton wrapper and wrap. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes turning spring rolls over half way through to get an even brown look. If you want the spring rolls to look golden brown brush the tops with egg whites.

- 1 bag broccoli slaw (100 cals for whole bag)
- 1 bag cabbage (100 Cals for whole bag)
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- 3 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- Other spices (black pepper, cayenne, onion powder)
